The Whitehead family wanted to renovate their entire interior to create a more functional, cohesive space for their family of five. The scope covered new floor plans for the main level and basement, full elevations, and a Mediterranean-inspired material palette — warm plaster, natural wood, and stone — carried through every room.

The kitchen and primary bathroom renderings shown here are AI-enhanced lighting studies produced during design development, used to test how natural and fixture light would actually read in the finished rooms before construction.

The client had purchased a newly built hotel and wanted a high-end boutique property with a unique, kinetic style throughout the interior — design that feels playful and in motion, built from curved forms, bold color, and unexpected material pairings.

The project spans three floors: a lobby and restaurant on the first floor, a guest game room on the second, and a master suite on the third — each fully planned, elevated, and rendered, including the sculptural curved shelving and saturated tile work shown in the master bedroom above.
